The health benefits of green tea have long been reported. It contains antioxidants, anti-inflammatory elements and polyphenols that are said to slow the aging process.
Ingredients:
- Distilied water
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- (Optional) put 4-5 drops of orange oil (or oil of choice, the oil is optional and used mostly for scent)
- 2 bags of green tea
Brew a large cup of green tea and steep with 2 tea bags, to make the brew good and strong. Set aside to steep and cool.
For sensitive skin: Mix 1 part apple cider vinegar with 4 parts water and fill the rest of your container with the tea
For normal skin: Mix 1 part apple cider vinegar with 2 parts water and fill the rest of your container with the tea
For oily skin: Mix 1 part apple cider vinegar with 1 part water and fill the rest of your container with the tea
